止痢草提取物和益生菌替代饲用抗生素对肉鸡生长性能、血清免疫指标和肠道菌群的影响

     

摘要

本试验研究不同比例止痢草提取物和益生菌替代饲用抗生素对肉鸡生长性能、血清免疫指标和肠道菌群的影响。选用26日龄青脚麻公鸡450只,随机分为5组,对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组,每组为90只(设3个重复),试验期39 d。对照组在基础日粮中添加吉他霉素10 g/t,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加止痢草提取物100 g/t、止痢草提取物200 g/t、益生素200 g/t和益生素400 g/t。结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉鸡的日增重、日采食量、料增重与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。鸡血清中 IgA含量试验Ⅰ组比对照组高13.33%(P>0.05),Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组较对照组分别降低了20.00%(P>0.05)、20.00%(P>0.05)、33.33%(P<0.01);鸡血清中 IgG 含量试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组与对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05);鸡血清中 IgM含量试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组比对照组分别高15.87%(P<0.05)、15.87%(P<0.05),Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组较对照组分别降低了15.87%(P>0.05)、20.63%(P>0.05)。肉鸡肠道中大肠杆菌含量试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组比对照组分别低0.59%(P>0.05)、2.79%(P>0.05)、4.66%(P>0.05)、5.24%(P>0.05);肉鸡肠道中乳酸菌含量各试验组与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。肉鸡日粮中添加止痢草提取物和益生菌替代饲用抗生素吉他霉素是可行的,本试验中添加痢草提取物100 g/t组效果最好。%ABSTRACT:The purpose of the study was to explore the effect of feed antibiotics replaced by Zhilishen extract and probiotics on broiler growth performance,serum immune indexand intestinal flora.Optional 26-day trial,450 male Partridge shank chick-en.They were randomly divided into four groups,the control group (kitasamycin 10 g/t),group Ⅰ(zhilishen extract 100 g/t), group Ⅱ (zhilishen extract 200 g/t),group Ⅲ (probiotics 200 g/t),group Ⅳ(probiotics 400 g/t),each group had 3 replicates, and each repetition had 30 chickens fed singly.The experiment lasted 39 days.The results showed that,compared with the con-trol group,ADG,averdge daily feed intake and F/G had no significant changes in each group.This study had no significant chan-ges on serum IgG.Compared with the control group,groupⅠbroilers'serum IgA increased 13.33%(P>0.05);groupⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳbroilers'serum IgA decreased 20.00%(P>0.05),20.00%(P>0.05),33.33%(P<0.01);groupⅠ,Ⅱbroilers'serum IgM in-creased 15.87%(P>0.05),15.87%(P<0.05);groupⅢ,Ⅳ broilers'serum IgM decreased 15.87%(P>0.05),20.63%(P<0.05);groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ broilers'colibacillus content decreased 0.59%(P>0.05),2.79%(P>0.05),4.66%(P>0.05), 5.24%(P>0.05).There were no significant changes on lactobacillus content(P>0.05).It was concluded that it would be fea-sible to feed antibiotics replaced by zhilishen extract and probiotics .The effect was the best when broiler was feed Zhilishen ex-tract (100 g/t).
