Abandoned oil wells will cause great potential safety hazard of environment and navigation after exploitation,so when they are out of commission it needs to get fid of them. However,the marine petroleum pipe line is generally composed of multi-layered protecting pipes with cement filling between the pipes. Thus it is difficult to be quickly demolished with usual methods. As a result, explosive cutting technique is accepted usually. When large explosive cutter is taken, the more explosive it used, the deeper it cuts. Correspondingly, it has larger influence on the environment. Therefore, it results in more unsafe factors. Based on explosive demolition to abandoned oil well of Liaohe oilfield on different conditions, the corresponding insecurity factors are discussed. At the same time, the LS-DYNA is used to analyze the surface shock-stress on different working conditions and the consequent protection measures are put forward accordingly.%海洋资源开采后,废弃油井给海上交通及环境造成巨大安全隐患,因此在油井退役后需要将其去除.由于海上输油管一般采用多层防护套管并于中间添加水泥层,普通方法难于短时间将油井切断,因而常采用爆炸切割的方法.利用大型爆炸切割器进行拆除作业时,增大炸药量,切割能力增强,但对外界的冲击破坏作用增大,不安全因素相应增多.对不同工况下废弃油井的安全性探讨基于辽河油田废弃油井的爆破拆除工程,对相应的不安全因素进行探讨,同时利用LS-DYNA分析了不同工况下水面冲击应力变化规律,并提出了浅海爆破拆除的安全对策措施.
