基于预裂成缝对爆破参数拟合的数值模拟分析

         

摘要

通过ANSYS-LSDYNA软件对不同爆破参数条件下的预裂缝过程进行模拟,并对预裂缝的爆破效果进行了计算分析,对几组符合爆破实际情况的线装药密度、孔间距、炮孔直径参数进行分析,回归推导出预裂爆破线装药密度公式,并从模拟过程看出,预裂缝裂隙是先从孔壁开始形成并向中点发展,而不是应力波干涉理论认为的裂缝首先从中点产生,并向两孔发展.为预裂爆破理论研究和参数的合理确定提供了一条有效的途径.%The process of pre-splitting was simulated under the conditions of different blasting parameters by ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the effect of the blasting was also calculated and analyzed. The parameters of the line charge density,the hole spacing and the hole diameter were analyzed in several groups under the actual situation,and the formula of line charge density of the pre-split blasting was regressed. And it is shown from the simulation process that the pre-cracks are begun to form from the hole wall and then developed to the midpoint, rather than the pre-cracks is formed from the midpoint and then developed to two holes from the stress wave interference theory. The study provides a new way for research of pre-split blasting theory and reasonable determination of the blasting parameters.
