台山核电厂海水库和排水池开挖爆破

         

摘要

The excavation project of sea reservoir and drainage tank is an auxiliary engineering of Taishan nuclear power plant in Guangdong Province. The construction period is only 6 months, but the needed amounts of broken rock reaches up to 7. 8×105 m3. The blasting vibration needs controlling strictly to ensure construction quality and complex surrounding. The controlled blasting scheme with different borehole diameter and depth and static breaking agent are applied comprehensively in different section. The compound initiation network and large power excavator are used to perform the project excavation tasks in the case of tight construction period, which keeps the blasting engineering safe and highly efficient.%广东省台山核电厂海水库、排水池开挖工程是台山核电厂配套工程项目,工期仅6个月需爆破石方工程量7.8×105 m3,工程质量要求高,且局部地段爆区环境复杂,要严控爆破震动.应用不同钻孔直径的浅孔与深孔相结合的控制爆破以及静态破碎剂胀裂破碎的综合开挖技术,分地段采取不同的爆破方案,采用复合起爆网路,配合大功率挖掘机开挖作业,在工期紧的情况下安全高效保质保量保工期地完成了该工程项目的开挖任务,取得良好的爆破效果、工程效益和显著的经济效益.
