现场混装炸药车敏化混合装置综述

         

摘要

敏化混合是现场混装炸药车制药的重要环节,直接影响混装炸药性能质量和爆破效果,还在一定程度上制约混装炸药车生产效率,左右总体安全性能。对国内各类现场混装炸药车生产不同混装炸药时的敏化混合过程进行归纳总结,概括了目前国内现用的各种敏化混合装置应用情况,阐述各自结构原理,结合炸药生产工艺和实际使用经验指出相应优势和弊端,通过分析比较认为传统型混合搅拌器使用时需进行很好的调节测试和标定且安全隐患较大,建议生产混装乳化炸药时在静态混合器和螺旋作为敏化混合装置的车型中比较选择,要求设计单位对螺旋的设计和应用研究需更加深入,建议今后的多功能现场混装炸药车配备静态混合器和螺旋两套混合装置。%Sensitization and hybrid played a significant role in the Mobile Manufacturing Unit( MMU),which directly influenced the mixture explosive performance and the blasting effect,to a certain extent,which restricted MMU's production efficiency and overall safety performance. The sensitization and hybrid process from all different kinds of MMU in different kinds of mixture explosive was generalized in China. The current application of all kinds of sensitizing mixing devices in China and the structure principles were summarized,and the corresponding advantages and disadvantages respectively combined with explosives production process and the practical experience were also discussed. Through the analysis and comparisons,result show that the traditional mixing agitator was used necessarily under a good regulation test and calibration,while accompanied with security hazards. Therefore,the production of mixed loading emulsion explosive should be compared and selected in MMU equipped sensitization and hybrid device in static mixer or spiral pump. The design organizations needs further research on the design and application of the spiral,and the future MMU should be equipped with static mixer and spiral pump devices.
