基于EPS泡沫材料的吸能特性,建立实验混凝土模型,将聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫与空气作为不耦合介质,利用DH3820高速静态应变测试采集系统采集应变数据,采用G-G-S分布函数分析爆破块度.研究表明:与径向空气不耦合装药结构相比,聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫不耦合装药爆破应变峰值更大,破碎块度更为均匀.在区间1.66~1.80内,径向聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫不耦合装药存在最优不耦合系数,使得聚苯乙烯泡沫不耦合装药爆破效果最佳.聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫作为一种新型介质在现场不耦合装药中具有一定可行性.%Due to the energy absorption characteristics of EPS foam,experimental model of concrete was estab-lished.EPS foam and air were used as uncoupling medium.DH3820 high-speed static strain test acquisition system was used to collect strain data.The GGS distribution function was used to analyze the blasting fragmentation.The re-sults show that compared with the radial air decoupled charge structure,uncoupled charge blasting with polystyrene (EPS)foam got strain peak larger and blasting fragmentation was more uniform.In the range of 1.66 ~ 1.80,the optimal uncoupling coefficient of radial polystyrene(EPS)foam uncoupled charge makes the best effect of uncoupled charge of polystyrene foam blasting. Polystyrene(EPS)foam as a new type of medium in the field of uncoupled charge has a certain feasibility.
