水基型聚丙烯酸十八酯涂层剂的制备及对无纺布耐静水压的影响

         

摘要

A novel design of water-based textiles coating agent were obtained by coating modification of stearyl acrylate onto the surface polypropylene non-woven fabric through ultraviolet(UV)radiation with primary alcobol ethoxylate as compound emulsifier,ethylenegly coldimethacrylate as cross-linking agent and benzophenone as initiator.The research basically included some influencing factors of hydrostatic pressure performance such as percent of weight increasing and concentration of cross -linking agent.The results showed that hydrostatic pressure of coated non-woven fabric reached up to 120 cm H2O when per-cent of weight increasing was 80%,it was best performance for membrane when concentration of SA mon-omer was 15% and concentration of cross-linking agent was 0.5%.These findings indicate that water-based poly(stearyl acrylate)is a promising textiles coating agent due to its excellent hydrostatic pressure performance and chemical stability.%以丙烯酸十八酯(SA)为单体,复配型的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为乳化剂,配置SA水性乳液,加入交联剂二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯喷涂,在聚丙烯(PP)无纺布表面借助紫外辐照制备水基型聚丙烯酸酯涂层剂.研究交联剂浓度对涂层剂成膜的作用和增重率对无纺布的耐静水压影响.结果表明,当单体浓度15%、交联剂浓度为0.5%时,涂层剂的成膜性能最好;增重率80%时,PP无纺布的耐静水压最佳,能承受高达120 cm水柱.
