温控电热防护手套研制与性能评价

         

摘要

防护手套的防寒性能对于户外工作人员抵御寒冷环境伤害尤为重要.研制了一款较为轻便、可持续保暖的温控电热防护手套.在人工气候室模拟的冷环境中(温度2.5 ℃,相对湿度60%),通过真人试穿实验评价其调温和保暖性能,分别实时采集60 min内5个手指和手背的皮肤温度变化和主观热感觉.其次,探讨了有风(0.5 m/s)和无风(0.17 m/s)条件下温控电热手套加热与不加热时的防寒性能.结果表明,加热时的手背和手指皮肤温度、热感觉等级均有大幅度提升,与不加热条件下的手部皮肤温度均存在显著性差异;较之无风条件,0.5 m/s风速会降低手套的防寒性能,加热与不加热条件下皮肤温度的差异更显著.%Cold-proof performance of protective gloves plays an important role in avoiding cold injury for the outdoor work staff .A pair of lightweight and electrically heated gloves (EHG ) with thermoregulation function which can keep warm continuously has been developed.To evaluate the thermal insulation and thermoregulation properties of EHG ,humantrial experiments were conducted in a climate chamber with the air temperature of 2.5 ℃ and relative humidity of 60% .The changes in skin temperature at six parts (i.e.5 fingers and back of the hand ) and subjective thermal sensation were recorded respectively in 60 min.Besides ,the cold-proof performance of EHG under the conditions of wind (0 .5 m/s) ,no wind (0.17 m/s) ,heating and no heating was discussed. Results indicate that the skin temperature and the thermal sensation of the back of the hand and fingers improve a lot under heating condition ,and there is significant difference with hand skin temperature under no heating condition.Compared with no wind condition ,the wind velocity of 0.5 m/s will greatly reduce the cold-proof performance of the gloves ,and the difference between heating and no heating conditions is more significant .
