南非贫困成人教育项目的实践经验与启示

摘要

As one of the countries with larger poor population in the world,South Africa has designed and implemented the Poor Adult Education Project in response to the challenge caused by the poverty and the low employment rate of the poor. Features of this project are as follows,changes in project form are flexible,"order-based"training can facilitate employment and tracking and coordi-nation in later stage are very strong,etc. The experience of South Africa has provided a feasible way for China's poverty alleviation work in education area,which also has a certain inspiration to the implement of the urban and rural adult education in our country at present stage.%南非作为世界贫困人口较多的国家之一,在应对贫困和贫困人口低就业率的挑战过程中,设计并实施了贫困成人教育项目.该项目具有项目形式变化灵活、"订单式"培养便于就业、后期跟踪协调有力等特点.南非经验,为我国脱贫工作提供了一条教育领域的可行道路,对我国现阶段实施的城乡成人教育工作具有一定启示作用.
