道地黄芩与甘肃产黄芩对急性肝损伤小鼠保肝作用的比较研究

摘要

Objective:The article was to explore the differences of protective effects on hepar by Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi from Longxi of Gansu province and Chengde of Hebei province.Methods:The mice were injected by intraperito-neal injection with 0.1%CCl4 olive oil to induce the acute liver injury models.The liver tissues were collected to detect SOD activities and MDA levels,and the morphological changes of liver were observed with microscope.Results:SOD ac-tivities were both elevated obviously and MDA levels were notably reduced in hepatic tissue after the mice were given by Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with high dose( P<0.01) .The damage of liver was lightened as well.Conclusion:Scute-llaria baicalensis Georgi from both places has the liver protective effect.The liver-protective effect in the equilibrium dose of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi from Hebei was slightly better than that from Gansu.There is no significant differ-ence.%目的：探讨甘肃产黄芩与河北承德产道地黄芩保肝作用的差异。方法：腹腔注射0．1％ CCl4建立小鼠急性肝损伤模型，检测肝组织SOD活性、MDA含量，观察肝组织结构损伤。结果：甘肃产黄芩与道地黄芩高剂量组均能增强CCl4致肝损伤小鼠肝组织SOD活力，降低MDA含量（P＜0．01），明显改善肝组织病变。结论：甘肃产黄芩与道地黄芩均有显著的保肝作用，同剂量道地黄芩保肝功效略优于甘肃陇西产黄芩，但二者之间差异不显著。
