车用双筒盘形缝隙式磁流变液减振器阻尼特性实验研究

         

摘要

设计出一种盘形缝隙式双筒磁流变液减振器(MRD)的结构并描述了其工作原理.对联合研制的盘形缝隙式双筒MRD的阻尼力随电流、位移、缝隙高度和频率等参数变化规律进行了试验研究.试验结果表明盘形缝隙式双筒MRD的阻尼力随着控制电流的增大呈非线性增加;峰值阻尼力可调系数和耗功能力可调系数均随频率增大呈非线性减小,相反却随缝隙高度的增大呈非线性增加.通过分析该型MRD的阻尼特性,为其在装甲车悬挂系统半主动控制中的应用奠定了基础.%Structure and principle of the Twin-tube Magnetorheological fluid damper(MRD)were designed and described.The laws of varying damp force with current,displacement,gap and frequency were investigated by testing for the damper.The tested results show that the damp force increases nonlinearly with the increase of control current;the adjustable coefficients of peak damp force and consuming energy decreases nonlinearly with the increase of frequency,and increases nonlinearly with the increase of gap.The tested investigation of damping characteristics lays the foundation for the application of the damper to semi-active control of suspension system of armored vehicle.
