防激光探测伪装涂层的制备与实验研究

         

摘要

A theoretical model for laser transmission in atmosphere is established according to the working principle of laser guided weapons, and the requirements for the laser absorption materials are calculated. Some laser absorption pigments with green, grey, black and red colors, are synthesized by using high temperature sintering. Three laser absorption paints with deep green, middle green and yellow earth colors are fabricated. A Nd: YAG laser rangefinder is used to measure the laser absorption properties. The measurement results show that laser absorption paints have better properties.%针对激光制导武器的工作原理,建立了激光大气传输的理论模型,计算了激光吸收材料的指标要求.采用高温烧结法制备出绿色、灰色、黑色和红色等几种激光吸收颜料,利用这些颜料配置出深绿、中绿和黄土3种兼容可见光伪装的激光吸收涂料.采用Nd:YAG激光测距仪测试了深绿、中绿和黄土3种颜色的涂层,并对测试原理进行了分析说明,测试结果表明,制备的激光吸收涂料性能优良,能有效对付激光制导武器的威胁.
