基于差异投影的多类型指标综合评估方法

         

摘要

The multi-criteria integrated evaluation problems with known weight information were investigated. Based on the diversity projection, a new integrated double weights evaluation method was proposed.This new method was used to analyze the problems of the diversity and projection aspects, integrating the real number, interval number and triangular fuzzy number, and creating the indicator evaluation matrices. Firstly the weight matrix was acquired according to the weight vector, then the standard indicators required based on the predominance and the diversity coefficient were figured out, and the diversity evaluation matrices were got. Then all the alternatives were ranked according to the projection of idea points.The evaluation principle and implementation steps of the method were given. Finally, a numerical example of military communication network running quality integrated evaluation was given to illustrate the method very effective.%针对指标权重确知的多种类型指标综合评估问题,提出一种基于差异和投影的双"权"综合评估方法.该方法以差异和投影技术为基础,将实数、区间型和模糊型指标综合考虑,形成指标集评估矩阵,并根据指标权重获得权化矩阵,实现一次赋权;然后通过各方案在某个指标下的评估差异值的大小确定该指标的差异因子,据此确定差异评估矩阵,实现二次赋权,得出各方案在正负理想点上的投影和综合评估系数,实现待评方案综合排序.给出了应用该方法的评估原理和具体实施步骤.最后,以某军事通信网络运行质量综合评估作为算例进行应用分析,证明了所提方法对处于同等"待遇"条件下的方案进行综合评估的可行性.
