两种LED光源作为拟南芥生长光源的应用探究

         

摘要

为探究LED光源作为拟南芥生长光源的应用效果,在人工气候室中,以白光荧光灯为对照,比较了两种复合型LED光源对拟南芥生长全生育期的影响.LED-1光质组成为红+白+远红,波峰449+ 660+733 (nm),红/蓝比(R/B)约为对照5倍;LED-2光质组成为红+蓝+远红,波峰465+ 665+ 733 (nm),红/远红比(R/FR)约为对照4倍.结果显示,LED-2处理的拟南芥综合长势优于对照,表现为开花提前3d,株高增加9.2%,茎粗增加12%,分枝数增加11.7%,果荚数增加57%,地上部分鲜重增加37.2%,干重增加93.3%,种子产量增加39.2%.LED-1处理的拟南芥开花提前6d,分枝数和果荚数分别增加150.6%和54%,但综合长势低于对照,表现为株高降低9.8%,茎粗降低22.3%,地上部分鲜重降低42.2%,干重降低18%,种子产量降低23.9%.两处理叶绿素含量均低于对照.叶绿素荧光方面,LED-2处理的叶片光化学反应能力更强,其ΦPSⅡ、ETR和qP分别提高18.8%、17.6%和18.4%;两处理的Fv/Fm与对照均无显著差异.结果表明,LED光源作为拟南芥生长光源是可行的,节能27.1%-35.7%;适当提高光源中红光比例对拟南芥生长、发育、光合作用、物质积累、结实等都有利;远红光显著加快拟南芥生长进度,使生殖生长提前,但容易造成早衰,使后期生长不佳.%In order to explore the effects of LED light sources on Arabidopsis growth,with a white fluorescent lamp as control,two mixed-type LED light sources' effects on Arabidopsis growth and development period were comparatively tested in a phytotron.The light source LED-1 was composed of red,white and far-red lights,the spikes were 449 nm,660 nm and 733 nm respectively,and its red/blue light ratio was about 5 times as large as the control;The light source LED-2 was composed of red,blue and far-red lights,the spikes were 465 nm,665 nm and 733 nm respectively,and its red/far-red light ratio was about 4 times as large as the control.The results showed that the growth vigor of Arabidopsis under LED-2 was better than that under the control,with the flowering being 3 days earlier,and the plant height,the stem diameter,the branch number,the silique number,the aerial part's fresh weight (dry weight),and the seed yield increasing by 9.2%,12%,11.7%,57%,37.2% (93.3%) and 39.2% respectively.Under LED-1 Arabidopsis flowered 6 days earlier and its branch and silique numbers increased by 150.6% and 54% respectively,but its growth vigor was lower than that under the control,with the plant height,the stem diameter,the aerial part's fresh weight (dry weight),and the seed yield decreasing by 9.8%,22.3%,42.2% (18%) and 23.9% respectively.The chlorophyll contents under LED-1 and LED-2 were both lower than that under the control.Under LED-2 the leaves had a higher competence in photochemical reaction,with the ΦPS Ⅱ,ETR and qP increasing by 18.8%,17.6% and 18.4% respectively.The Fv/Fm under all the treatments had no significant difference.From the above results it was concluded that applying LED light sources in Arabidopsis growth is feasible and can save on energy by 27.1%-35.7%;Appropriately increasing the ratio of red light in light source is beneficial to Arabidopsis growth,development,photosynthesis,biomass accumulation and seed setting;Far-red light can significantly accelerate Arabidopsis growth speed and make the reproductive growth earlier but easily cause the premature senility and the poor growth at later stage.
