基于改进熵权 TOPSIS法的江西省土地利用效益综合评价

摘要

基于成本效益分析、构建了包含农用地和建设用地两方面的土地利用效益综合评价指标体系，运用TOPSIS法并结合改进熵权法确定权重，对江西省11个地级市2008～2010年农用地利用效益、建设用地利用效益和区域土地利用综合效益进行了定量评价，研究结果可为区域土地可持续利用提供科学依据。%Based on the cost benefit analysis , an indicator system for the comprehensive evaluation of land ( both farmland and construction land) use benefit was built.Then by using Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the improved entropy -weight method , we conducted the quantitative evaluations of farmland use benefit , construction land use benefit, and regional land use comprehensive benefit of 11 prefecture cities in Jiangxi province from the year 2008 to 2010. The research results could provide scientific basis for the sustainable land use in some regions .
