通过对长三角地区的常熟市、上海市奉贤区和宝应县3地进行实地调研，获取了9个村庄的601份农户调查问卷数据，构建了Logistic计量经济模型，从家庭属性、资源属性及区域属性3个方面分析了农户土地利用变化意愿的影响因素，并探讨了各影响因素的显著性及区域差异。研究结果显示：户主受教育程度和区域农业鼓励政策对长三角地区农户土地用途改变意愿存在显著正向影响，而农地面积、农地到县城距离及其流转情况则呈显著负向影响；不同影响因素对常熟市、奉贤区和宝应县农户土地用途改变意愿的影响方向、影响程度及影响显著性存在差异。%In this paper, according to the data of 601 farmers’ questionnaires which came from the field investigations on 9 vil-lages of Changshu city , Fengxian district of Shanghai city , and Baoying county in the Yangtze River delta area , Logistic econometric model was built to analyze the factors affecting farmers ’ land use change willingness from three aspects: family property , resource property and regional property , and the significance and regional difference of each influencing factor were explored .The research results showed that the educated level of farmers and the regional agricultural encouragement policies had significantly positive im -pact on the farmers ’ willingness to change land use in the Yangtze River delta area , while the farmland acreage , the distance from farmland to county town , and the farmland transfer status had significantly negative impact on it .The impact direction , impact de-gree and impact significance of different influencing factors on farmers ’ land use change willingness were significantly different a-mong Changshu city , Fengxian district and Baoying county .
