光照、温度、土壤水分和播种深度对苦马豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

研究光照、温度、土壤水分和播种深度等因子对苦马豆种子萌发的影响.结果表明,持续光照、持续黑暗、16 h/8 h光暗交替时苦马豆种子最适宜的萌发温度为25℃;16 h/8 h光暗交替下,25℃/15℃日夜变温是苦马豆种子萌发最适宜温度,其萌发对光照不敏感;苦马豆种子萌发最适宜土壤含水量为80~130g/kg,最适宜播种深度为0.5~3.0 cm.播深试验表明萌发形成的幼苗为子叶出土型.%Swainsona salsula is an important medicinal plant, green manure and forage crops in northern region ecological system. The influence of temperature, illumination, soil humidity and sowing depths on the seed germination and seeding growth were studied. The results showed that the 25 ℃ is the optimum temperature when sustained illumination, sustained dark, or 16 hours illumination followed by 8 hours dark; The preference changing temperature was 25 ℃, day/15 ℃ night when 16 hours illumination and the 8 hours dark alternately. The seed germination was not sensitive to the light. The optimum soil water content for seed sprouting was 80-130 g/kg, the optimum sowing depth was 0. 5 -3. 0 cm. The sowing depth experiment indicated that Swainsona salsula Seedling is an epigeal germination type.
