急性毒鼠强中毒死亡兔组织器官病理观察

         

摘要

Objective :To examine the micropathological changes of solid organs of rabbits with acute tetramine poisoning by different concentration. Methods: The animal models with acute toxicity were prepared by intragastric administration of tetramine in different concentration and physiological saline was administered in the intact rabbits as controls. The solid organs including brain, heart, lung, liver, kidney and stomach were obtained for tissue section by HE staining for micropathological observation. Results: Generally, the changes with the brain, heart, lung and kidney were not so significant in the rabbits with acute tetramine poisoning in different concentration compared with those of sudden death, yet,the changes of the liver and stomach appeared important reference. The liver cells presented with piecemeal or bridging necrosis, absent from inflammatory cell infiltration, though, the extent was associated with the dose of toxicity and duration. The stomach was found with increased albuminous cells in the stratum medium, but decreased mucous cells in the superficial lamina and submucous layer, which was related to the dosage and duration of toxicity. Conclusion: Histopathological changes of the liver and stomach are important evidence for the differential diagnosis of cases with acute tetramine poisoning.%目的:观察不同浓度急性毒鼠强中毒大白兔组织器官的显微病理变化.方法:采用灌胃方法使大白兔急性毒鼠强染毒,制作大白兔急性中毒模型,并以健康大白兔灌服生理盐水为对照,提取大白兔的脑、心、肺、肝、脾、肾、胃等实质性组织器官,取材制片HE染色,进行显微病理观察.结果:不同浓度的毒鼠强急性中毒死亡大白兔的脑、心、肺、肾、脾组织器官显微病理改变与一般急死的区别不明显.肝、胃组织器官病理改变具有一定价值,肝细胞呈片状或桥接样变性坏死,无炎症细胞浸润,且与中毒量和时间具有相关性.胃黏膜中层浆液细胞增多,浅层和底层黏液细胞减少,与中毒量和时间具有相关性.结论:肝、胃组织器官显微病理改变对急性毒鼠强中毒死亡尸体的死因鉴定具有指导意义.
