目的:探讨间歇式冲气压力抗栓泵治疗深静脉血栓的临床效果.方法:将60例深静脉血栓患者随机分为对照组18例和实验组42例.对照组行常规抗凝、康复治疗和护理,实验组在此基础上,进行间歇性四肢血液循环泵治疗.结果:我科自2007年6月以来共运用间歇式冲气压力抗栓泵治疗下肢深静脉血栓60例,在第7、10天实验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:间歇式冲气压力抗栓泵治疗深静脉血栓疗效明确,且副作用较小,临床应用值得推广.%Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of intermittent pneumatic compression(IPC) device in treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Methods:Sixty patients required management of DVT formation were randomized into controls (n = 18 ) and experimental subjects( n =42). The controls received conventional anticoagulant therapy and rehabilitation care besides routine attendance, and the experimental subjects were given additional treatment with IPC device on the basis described previously. Results:Those undergone IPC management to aid circulation in the lower limbs demonstrated excellent results as compared with the controls at day 7 and 10(P <0.05 ). Conclusion:IPC device is effective in aiding circulation in the lower extremities as a means of preventing deep vein thrombosis apart from fewer adverse incidences, and is worthy of wider clinical application.
