口腔鳞癌组织中ID-1的表达及其临床意义

         

摘要

目的:探讨分化抑制因子-1(inhibitor of DNA binding,ID-1)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)组织中的表达,并分析ID-1的表达水平与口腔鳞癌患者各临床病理特征及其预后的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测80例口腔鳞癌患者癌组织及20例正常口腔黏膜组织中ID-1的表达.结果:①口腔鳞癌组织中可检测到ID-1的表达,而正常口腔黏膜组中未检测到ID-1表达(P<0.001).②高、中、低分化口腔鳞癌ID-1表达阳性率分别为50.00%、71.43%、88.89%(P<0.05);ID-1表达与口腔鳞癌的病理分级呈正相关(rs=0.389).③ID-1表达阳性率在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组、有颈部淋巴结转移组中分别明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组、无颈部淋巴结转移组(P<0.05).④ID-1阴性表达的口腔鳞癌患者3年生存率(64.29%)明显高于阳性者的32.25%(P<0.05).结论:口腔鳞癌组织中ID-1表达与肿瘤的分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移及预后有关,ID-1阳性表达可以作为判断口腔鳞癌患者预后的指标.%Objective:To investigate the expression of DNA-binding inhibitory factor 1 (ID-1) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) tissues and analyze the clinieopathologic features and outcomes of OSCC on basis of ID-1 expression. Methods:Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of ID-1 in human OSCC (n =80) and normal tissues(n = 20). Results: ① ID-1 was detected in OSCC, and yet was absent in normal tissues( P <0.001 ). ② ID-1 was positively expressed in cases of well differentiated ( 50. 00% ), moderately differentiated (71.43%) and poorly differentiated (88. 89%)( P < 0. 05 ), and showed positive correlation with pathological grade of OSCC ( r = 0. 389 ).③The expression rate of ID-1 in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳand cases with positive neck lymph node were significantly higher than that of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ and those with negative neck lymph node(P <0.05 ). ④The 3-year survival in OSCC patients with ID-1 negative was significantly longer as compared with those with positive ID-1 ( 64. 29% vs. 32.25%, P < 0. 05 ).Conclusion: ID-1 expression level in OSCC tissues is associated with tumor stage and differentiation, involvement of lymph node metastasis and prognosis,and it may serve as a potential marker to evaluate the prognosis of this disease.
