This presentation will provide guidelines for the decision, selection, implementation and maintenance of Facility Management technologies. A brief introduction of the available technologies and the items in a typical CAFM toolbox will pave the way to discussion of system selection and implementation process. The work doesn't end with the initial implementation of a system. The owner needs to identify the resources needed to maintain and continually enhance the processes and systems. A case study will lead into an open exchange of experiences with FM technology.
