OPERATIONS STAFF RELIABILITY DURING FACILITY SECURITY EVENTS

Facility managers (FMs) must ensure that every plant operator knows what to do in case of an emergency or natural disaster situation. Most importantly, FMs should establish access control policies that will outline who has access to what equipment and rooms in the facility and to what extent.
