Identification of Source Populations of Mixture Individuals from their Genotypes

The source populations of individuals of unknown origin can be surmised from their genotypes. In many applications, the sources for more than a single individual are desired and a list of the c (say) potential source populations is available. When such is the case, misidentifications are minimized by assigning each individual with the maximum a posteriori probability (MAP) rule.
