Recently, a series of anomalous photoluminescence (PL) phenomena have been observed in some kinds of dendrimers and hyperbranched polymers under certain conditions. Pioneer works primarily reported the weak PL emission from the poly(amido amine) (PAMAM) dendrimers and COOH-terminated PAMAM dendrimer [1-4].
