摘要

A new simple method to keep a continuous analyzer flow rate constant is proposed in this paper.rnVariable area flow meters measure the flow value by the suspended position of the float. The pressurerndifference between the upper and lower side of the tapered tube is constant, since the weight of thernfloat is constant regardless of its position.Using this well known phenomena and a resistant element, arnnice plateau of flow rate can be obtained. A newly developed small size para-magnetic oxygenrnanalyzer using this technique is introduced in this paper. This method is suitable for gas analyticalrninstruments such as thermal conductivity analyzers or other continuous measuring instruments.
