Innovation risk minimization and neutralization methods

摘要

The study of minimization and neutralization ways of risks is associated with the need to identify more effective ways to manage the enterprise's innovation as an effective process of creating a supportive economic and production environment of the organization. It should ensure the entry of companies into the international innovation market. Innovation risks are explored in the context of different conceptual approaches, which become a causes of different characteristics of the economic risk, the absence of their unified classification, which helps to determine the risk specificity, to identify their diversity, properties, relationships and dependencies, and thereby use a more efficient method of risk management. According to the innovation management analysis the authors presented an integrated approach to innovation risk management which is based on more effective ways of their minimization and neutralization. The new mechanisms of risk minimization, additional resources in the innovation sphere, and solution of innovative risk management problems are very relevant and timely.
