Model of modernization of enterprises of telecommunications industry in Russia

This article examines the regression model of modernization of enterprises of the telecommunications industry of Russia, which is part of a system of three models: modernization of enterprises, innovation transformations and markets. The regression model is built on five parameters. The values of the parameters are taken from the State Program of the Russian Federation “Development of the Electronic and Telecommunications Industry for 2013-2025”. Descriptive statistics of the model are presented, the correlations between the model parameters are calculated, the results of the summary statistics of the model and regression analysis are shown with step-by-step exclusion of the model parameters, the adequacy of the model is checked. The regression equation and the equation of influence of factor variables are calculated. Conclusions are made about the greatest impact of the indicator “Labor productivity growth” on the indicator “The volume of export products” compared to other indicators, which indicates that the main direction in the State modernization program should be the increase of labor productivity in the telecommunications sector for the most effective budget investments.
