摘要

In this paper, a concept of working procedure of concrete pump hydraulic system was presented and discussed. Through t-he hand of Matlab/Simscape module, a dynamic simulation model of the whole working system was built to analyze working process. The working status of hydraulic impacting moment was presented precisely. The cause of its hydraulic impact was inconsistency between distribution circuit's response time and pumping circuit's movement time. Hence, a solution to reduce hydraulic impact was brought in: adjusting displacement of main oil pump according to piston stroke. It provides concrete pump hydraulic system design with a new solution.
