PROBLEMS OF FLUIDIZED-BED REDUCTION

摘要

After a review about fluidized bed research about gasification, problems of iron ore reduction are discussed. Disintegration by crystal structure changed, sticking with three different possibilities are shown by scanning microscope pictures are explained. Plating formation mechanism is explained, research equipments are introduced and different results are supported. To protect and avoid plating formation in fluidized bed as well as selecting basic materials to build up the reactor wall, the mechanism of plating formation under various condition of fluidized bed process of different reduction of iron ore need to be more studied.
