摘要

Although the results of the present work are to be considered as preliminary ones, nevertheless they evidence the possibility of the implementation of neural networks suitable to describe complex processes, not completely known and often influenced by a random scatter, as the ones related to the PDs degradation effects on polymeric materials.rnThrough the use of the NN it is possible to obtain an input-output relation able to give an interpretation to multiple parameters that otherwise would have been difficult to handle, even if it has to be noted as a drawback that the rule implemented realized by the NN is not known to the user.
