PLASMA DRIVEN PERMEATION THROUGH THE NB MEMBRANE AT LOW TEMPERATURE

摘要

The CW plasma driven superpermeation finds out presence of threshold temperature approx 400 deg C. This phenomenon contacts with the percolation phase transformation on crystallite defects and with beta --> alpha phase transformation of diluted hydrogen in Nb.
