摘要

The purpose of this study is to solve the urgent problem of constructing infrastructure models of complex information systems and procedures for diagnosing them. Models, methods and information technology of diagnostics of information systems with multilevel structure that allow to identify combinations of hidden malfunctions that lead to their imposition at different levels are describes. The procedure for constructing a generalized intelligent diagnostic model and its individual forms, which reflect the cause and effect relationships between typical combinations of faults and corresponding changes in the values of the controlled parameters of information systems, is described. A method of constructing algebraic forms adequate to intelligent models of diagnostics is developed, which allows to use the algorithm of sequential analysis and screening of variants for the identification of combinations of faults.
