Comparative Study on Realtime Data Processing System

摘要

This paper will describe the collation of different real time data processing system being used in different companies. We are mainly focusing on real time data processing systems used in facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. There are two ways to process the data Batched and Streamed. In batched processing, all the data is taken at once and processed. In streaming data is continuously generated and processed in real time. Stream processing systems developed by companies are: Facebook's Puma, Swift, and Stylus; Twitter's Storm and Heron; and LinkedIn's Samza.
