Serum diagnostics and clinical value of anti-thyroid autoantibodies of different specificity and functionality in patients with autoimmune thyroid diseases and their relatives as disease predictors

Today it is no secret that not only pathogenetic, and clinical significance of autoantibodies (autoantibodies) of different levels of specificity and functionality in autoimmune diseases can vary significantly, that allows for timely diagnosis and early prediction of the development of autoimmune diseases in our patients, as well as timely assumed identity development of autoimmune process with relatives of the first lines of kinship.The purpose of the work was the comparative analysis of pathogenetic and cli-nicodiagnostic significance of antithyroid autoantibodies (autoAB) differing in their specificity and functionality, in particular: TG- and TPO-specific antibodies - proteinase in patients with autoimmune thyroid diseases and their relatives, and evaluation of their role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroid diseases and their possible use in the modern diagnosis of AIT and Grave's disease (GD) at the preclinical stages.
