The vibration of completion tubing strings and mechanical analysis were not accurately verified by field experiment because of the limited downhole space and the difficulty of downhole measurement. So vibration measurement device for completion tubing strings was designed and fabricated. The device was fixed in thousands of meters downhole with tubing strings. The vibration data of the tubing strings was recorded in the well testing process and compared with the theoretical calculation result to perfect the theory research and analysis results. The device design referred to downhole electronic pressure gauge and other downhole tools and was proved to meet design requirements by laboratory experiments and field. Through the device of the built-in accelerometer measuring string vibration acceleration, the vibration state of completion tubing strings were known and vibration frequency of tubing strings were estimated. Vibration state was proved to exist in completion tubing string of high pressure gas well by field testing.
