By using MATLAB software to determine the impact factor weights,and frequency analysis method to construct equivalence classes,we calculate the distance between the current annual residential energy carbon emissions impact factor set and classification set from different anti—tripartite parts of set pair analytical methods and look on classified collection of the weighted average of the central value of carbon emissions as currently living with the predicted value of the carbon emissions.The specific implementation plan with a dynamic prediction of set pair analysis of forecasting methods(SPA-CP) for carbon emissions of Shanghai residents was established.The results indicate that the physical concept of the program of the modeling is clear.The calculation is simple.
