Intranet and Internet tools for Project and Knowledge Management

摘要

In this paper we describe a Web-based work support system for project implementation and knowledge management. The integration of the various information sources in a company, by developing and maintaining "information warehouses" or "knowledge pools", enables effective sharing and on-line use of information. New technologies are transforming the ways in which businesses operate and people work. They are also boosting demand for new knowledge and skills, reshaping the expectations, needs and opportunities we have in the realm of project management and knowledge sharing. We cover the recent development work, experiences from the use of the system, as well as new developments being designed and implemented.
