摘要

Using experimental and model refractive indices of GaSe and GaSe0.71S0.29 in terahertz range, phase-matching angles for eoo- and eee-type optical rectification of femtosecond pulses have been estimated. Efficient broadband and narrowband terahertz generation is demonstrated as well as narrowband terahertz detection in thick GaSe crystals.
