The program system GAP may constitute the basis of a living management of safety at work of a company. A first round of assessment may be followed by recurrent new evaluations. All analysis processes can be documented, lessons learnt from injuries can be introduced into GAP. The program system can easily be extended by a statistical evaluation and, hence, an empirical control of the effectiveness of the measures of improvement.
