The ammonolysis experiments of monoethanolamine (MEA) were performed in a fixed-bed reactor with diameter 20 and length L=800,as well as packed a nickel catalyst with A12O3 in the support.The effects of reaction condition (the ranges of temperature,225-400 deg C; pressure,0.5-5.0 Mpa;MEA mole concentration,5-50%; NH_3/MEA feed ratio,1-40;space time,8-50 sec.) on the conversion of MEA and the yields of piperazine (PIP),triethylenediamine (TEDA),ethylenediamine(EDA) were studied in detail.
