摘要

A new type of multi-stage air-lift loop reactor has been developed, which consists of four tubes, two gas separators and two bases, and forms one circulating path. Experimental study completed with measurements of gas hold-up in two risers and liquid circulation rate for air-water system within a wide range of gas velocity for five D_d/D_r ratios. The model of gas hold-up has proposed by omogeneous flow model and the liquid circulation flow equation including the reactor geometries and all energy loss oefficients has derived in terms of energy balance. The gas voidage and liquid rate are agreed with those, which calculated by incorporating these two model equations.
