Heat transfer augmentation of nucleate pool boiling was conducted on specially prepared surface. This new surface was obtained with combined electroless plating method . There were enough ideal cavities on the surface which promoted the initiation of bubbles of nucleate pool boiling. Heat transfer measurements indicated that heat flux for new surface was one to four times higher than that for plain surface.
