摘要

This paper presents a zero current switching PWM bi-directional converter to work as the equalizer for the energy equalization of battery cells connected in series. This converter is based on the bi-directional cuk dc-dc converter with the resonant tank achieving the zero current switching (ZCS). This method may improve the efficiency of the energy balance of the battery cells and reduce the size of the equalizer. The simulation results verify the presented method.
