Application of fractional order controller for vertical roller mill outlet temperature

摘要

In this paper the fractional order PID controller is designed for hot air valve to optimize the control effect. Firstly, the vertical roller mill grinding process in the raw material preparation process is summarized, and the technical details of the hot air valve in this process is analyzed. Secondly, the parameters (Kp, Kλ, Kd, λ, μ) of the proposed FOPID for hot air valve are set based on the given phase margin. Finally, the simulation results show that the control effect of the fractional controller is obviously better than the integer controller.
