The accident of marine radioactive pollution caused by the explosion of Japan's fukushima nuclear power plant is serious, and the long-term monitoring, pollution warning and accident emergency of the safety of coastal nuclear power plants and marine radioactive environment are concerned. In this paper, a set of marine radiation field monitoring device was developed. The energy scale and resolution scale experiments were carried out using point sources 241 Am, 133Ba, 60Co, 137 Cs and 152Eu. The curve fitting was carried out using MATLAB. The method of ocean efficiency calibration is studied by combining monte carlo simulation and experimental verification. The results show that the method of efficiency calibration combined with experimental verification by MC is feasible and accurate.
