Water sealed system affects normally usage of Underground oil storage cavern. To make sure water sealed in good condition, continuous tunnel water inflow is needed. Reasonable tunnel water inflow is larger than only locally seepage and smaller than unlimited water flooding. Different shaped tunnels have various water inflows in the same working condition. Different working conditions also may lead to different water inflows. The FEM software ANSYS thermal module can accurately simulate the underground inflow of various shaped tunnel or various working conditions. Results show that tunnel shape affect inflow less than 12% and operating conditions' inflow is about 24% less than constructing conditions'.
