We have developed the multi-scale model for the boundary conditions of the 3D fluid-structure interaction simulation taking into account the characteristics of the blood vessels. As a result, the present multi-scale model shows a significant difference in flow rate of each outlet. But the difference of the maximum TAWSS between two cases is small, because the material model is stiff. In the future, we must develop the method of validation for multi-scale model, and this model will be applied to wider range of cardiovascular.
