摘要

This study demonstrates that substrates with stiffness less than that reported in the aortic valve, such as those that are likely present in a developing embryonic HV (below 8.5kPa) minimizes the differentiation of AVICs into myofibroblasts. We believe that such soft stiffness may be one of the most important factors in fabrication of TEH V.
