The Research of Next Generation Internet Management Based on XML

The rapid development of Internet technology, particularly the development of next generation Internet makes the increasing scale of the network and more and more heterogeneous networks, traditional network management is difficult to meet the new requirements. In this paper, the next generation internet management based on XML is researched, the traditional SNMP network management and several XML-based network management modes are analyzed, and then a XML-based network management system is proposed, it combines advantages of XML and the traditional network Management techniques, to achieve effective network management purposes.
