摘要

Service innovation is an important ability to enterprise sustainable development, property manager plays a decisive role in the decision-making process. This paper studied relationship between service innovation positioning awareness and decision-making factors based on 214 property managers' questionnaires. Results showed as following: (1) Four kinds of service innovation positioning awareness had direct positive correlation with company factor in varying degrees. (2) "Asset management orientation" had the strongest positive correlation with company factor compare to other positioning. (3)There was weak positive correlation between "social resource collector and integrator orientation"," Asset management orientation" and market factor. (4) "Asset management orientation" was significantly related with risk factor negatively. (5) The paper verified the property manager's personal traits such as age, gender, education, working year, and specialty background had significant effects to the service innovation positioning awareness.
